Easy and Simple Chicken Sukiyaki

  1. Cut the chicken, vegetables and tofu into bite size pieces.
  2. Cut the shirataki noodles into easy to eat lengths and parboil them.
  3. Combine the seasonings in a pot and bring to a boil and add the chicken.
  4. When the chicken changes color, add the vegetables.
  5. When the vegetables are slightly cooked, push them a little to the side, and add the rest of the ingredients and simmer.
  6. When everything is cooked through, it's done!
  7. If you add udon noodles at the end, it will be delicious.
