Hot Stuffed Cherry Peppers - Hot Shots

  1. Cut small opening in peppers and remove stems.
  2. Remove seeds (I suggest using gloves) and rinse peppers.
  3. Cut cheese in cubes small enough to place in peppers.
  4. Take one cube of cheese and wrap in 1/2 piece of prosciutto ham.
  5. Place in pepper and you are done!
