Italian Breaded Pork Chops

  1. In a shallow bowl combine crumbs and cheese.
  2. Dip chops in egg white and coat with crumb mixture.
  3. Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add chops.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning once, until evenly browned.
