Italiano Meat Pie

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
• 3/4 c. water
• 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
• 1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
• 1 pkg. Robin Hood pizza crust mix
• 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese

1. Make up Robin Hood pizza crust mix according to package instructions and press into a 10-inch pie pan.
2. Bake at 425u0b0 for 10 minutes; set aside.
3. Brown beef in large skillet; drain.
4. Add green pepper; cook 2 minutes.
5. Stir in water, tomato paste and spaghetti sauce mix.
6. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
7. Sprinkle half of Parmesan cheese over bottom of pizza crust.
8. Put in 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese with meat.
9. Layer meat mixture, then Parmesan cheese.
10. Bake on a cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 400u0b0, then sprinkle top with remaining Mozzarella cheese.
11. Return to oven until cheese melts.
