Shrimp Pomodoro Pasta
- 1/4 cup Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Aged Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 onion, finely chopped Safeway 3 lb For $2.99 thru 02/09
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 fl oz/798 mL) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
- 3 cups whole wheat penne pasta, uncooked
- 1 lb. (450 g) cooked cleaned shrimp Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
- Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add dressing, onions and garlic; cook 2 min.
- Stir in tomatoes; cook 12 min., stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package.
- Add shrimp to sauce; cook 2 min.
- or until heated through.
- Drain pasta; toss with shrimp mixture.
- Top with cheese.
