PF Chang Chicken Lettuce Wraps

  1. Heat olive oil over medium heat
  2. Add ground chicken - cook until browned.
  3. Make sure to crumble as it cooks.
  4. Drain excess fat
  5. Stir in garlic, onion, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger, and siracha until onions have because translucent
  6. Stir in can water chestnuts, and green onions until tender
  7. Season with salt and pepper
  8. Serve with lettuce
