PF Chang Chicken Lettuce Wraps
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 clove garlic minced
- 1 onion diced
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 tsp siracha or to taste
- 8 oz can whole water chestnuts - drained/diced
- 2 green onions
- 1 head butter lettuce
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- Heat olive oil over medium heat
- Add ground chicken - cook until browned.
- Make sure to crumble as it cooks.
- Drain excess fat
- Stir in garlic, onion, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger, and siracha until onions have because translucent
- Stir in can water chestnuts, and green onions until tender
- Season with salt and pepper
- Serve with lettuce
