Pork Chop Potato Bake Recipe
- 6-8 pork chops, trimmed
- 8-10 sliced potatoes
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, optional
- 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place sliced potatoes in a 9 x 12 baking pan.
- Salt and pepper; add in mushrooms.
- Place chops on top.
- Mix soup and lowfat milk; pour on top, covering chops.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- Uncover and continue baking till potatoes are done.
