Pork Chop Potato Bake Recipe

  1. Place sliced potatoes in a 9 x 12 baking pan.
  2. Salt and pepper; add in mushrooms.
  3. Place chops on top.
  4. Mix soup and lowfat milk; pour on top, covering chops.
  5. Cover with foil.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  7. Uncover and continue baking till potatoes are done.
