Monte Cristo

  1. Mix the egg whites and milk together in a large bowl.
  2. Spread honey mustard on bread and place Swiss cheese and ham in between bread to make a sandwich.
  3. Dip the sandwich in the egg mixture.
  4. Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
  5. Heat skillet to medium high.
  6. Place sandwich in skillet and cook until golden brown then flip and cook the other side.
  7. Sprinkle sandwich with powdered sugar and serve with a spoonful of raspberry jam.
