Two-Tone Coleslaw with Celery-Seed Yogurt Dressing

  1. Whisk yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, onion, sugar, and celery seeds in large bowl to blend.
  2. Add green and red cabbage, bell pepper, carrots, and 1 tablespoon dill.
  3. Toss to blend.
  4. Season salad to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
  6. (Can be made 2 hours ahead.
  7. Keep refrigerated.
  8. Toss to blend before using.)
  9. Sprinkle salad with remaining 1 tablespoon dill and serve.
