Turkey Sausage

  1. Combine turkey and dry spices in large bowl.
  2. Mix together thoroughly.
  3. Add chicken broth, mixing well.
  4. Let stand 15-20 minutes.
  5. Form turkey into 8 patties, approximately 3/4" thick.
  6. Cook patties in non-stick skillet over medium heat, about 7-8 minutes on each side, or until thoroughly cooked.
  7. Freeze on a baking sheet.
  8. Seal in vacuum seal bags.
  9. Defrost and heat in microwave ~70 seconds.
