Peanut Butter & Brownie Dump Cake
- 2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 cups milk, divided
- 3 eggs
- 1 pkg. (18 to 20 oz.) brownie mix (13x9-inch pan size)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Microwave chocolate, peanut butter and 1 cup milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2-1/2 min.
- or until chocolate is almost melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
- Stir in 1 cup of the remaining milk and eggs.
- Pour mixture into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Mix brownie mix, butter and remaining milk until blended.
- Pour over chocolate mixture in pan.
- Bake 30 min.
- or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
- Cool completely.
