Beet And Carrot Dip Recipe

  1. Pressure cook beetroot for 1 whistle.
  2. Peel carrot, onion, beetroot.
  3. Grate or possibly chop very fine.
  4. Chop spring onion very fine.
  5. Beat curd until smooth.
  6. Add in salts, sauces, sugar, pepper, mix well.
  7. Mix in grated, minced vegetables, mix gently.
  8. Chill.
  9. Serve with vegetable fingers, or possibly as blobs over slices of chilled vegetable.
  10. Making time: 15 min
  11. Makes: 1 1/2 c.
  12. Variation: For a smooth dip, grind the carrot and beetroot to a paste.
  13. Grate onion fine.
  14. Omit spring onion.
