Carrot Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix the first 5 ingredients together.
  3. Cream the sugar, eggs and oils together.
  4. Add this mixture to the flour mixture and mix well.
  5. Finally, add the two cups of carrots, being sure to mix well.
  6. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
