Carrot Cake
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup white flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 12 cup butter, melted (1 stick butter)
- 12 cup almond oil
- 2 cups carrots, grated
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix the first 5 ingredients together.
- Cream the sugar, eggs and oils together.
- Add this mixture to the flour mixture and mix well.
- Finally, add the two cups of carrots, being sure to mix well.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
