Turkey Bacon Tortilla Roll-Ups
- 34 cup light sour cream
- 6 8-inch flour tortillas
- 1 12 cups turkey, diced and cooked
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, finely shredded
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 12 cup ripe olives, chopped
- 12 cup chunky salsa
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- Spread 2 Tablespoons sour cream over each tortilla.
- Top with the turkey, cheese, lettuce, olives and salsa and bacon.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly; wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate until serving.
