Rustic Spinach Salad

  1. For each serving: Place 2-1/2 cups spinach on serving plate.
  2. Top with layers of 1/3 cup bean sprouts, 1/3 cup mushrooms, 1 chopped egg and 2 Tbsp.
  3. bacon pieces.
  4. Drizzle 3 Tbsp.
  5. of the dressing over salad or pour dressing into small pitcher and serve on the side.
