Harvest Skillet Pork Chops

  1. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add chops; cook 4 min.
  3. on each side or until browned on both sides.
  4. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  5. Add water, raisins and contents of Vegetable/Seasoning packet to skillet; bring to boil.
  6. Cover; simmer on low heat 5 min.
  7. Add Stuffing Crumbs and nuts; stir just until stuffing crumbs are moistened.
  8. Top with chops; cook 5 min.
  9. or until chops are done (145 degrees F).
  10. Let stand 3 min.
