Easy No-fry Chicken Nuggets

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Form into round and flattened patties.
  3. Dust both sides of the patties with katakuriko.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and grill both sides until browned.
  5. Turn the heat to low and cover the pan.
  6. Cook well.
  7. Serve with a little salt.
  8. I usually freeze them!
  9. It's very handy because if you pack them in bentos in the morning, it will defrost naturally by lunchtime!
  10. If the meat mixture is too sticky and hard to form, add more panko.
  11. If you want them soft and fluffy, I recommend you prepare them without panko.
