Marinated Baked Chicken Breast Recipe
- 2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 4 teaspoon Worcestershire
- 2 teaspoon celery salt
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 12 chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 c. soda cracker crumbs
- 1 c. butter
- Combine first 8 ingredients.
- Add in chicken, coating well.
- Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
- Remove chicken from sauce, roll in crumbs, and arrange in shallow pan.
- Heat butter, spoon half of it over chicken.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
- Spoon rest of butter over chicken.
- Bake 45 min more.
