Salmon and Avocado Wraps
- 4 tortilla wraps
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Egg Mayonnaise Omega 3
- 1 carrot, peeled and cut into ribbons with a peeler
- 1/2 continental cucumber, cut into ribbons with a peeler
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced Whole Foods 5 ea For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 210g red salmon, drained and bones removed
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- SPREAD each wrap with the mayonnaise.
- Top with remaining ingredients then roll and fold to enclose.
- Secure with a toothpick if necessary.Serve immediately.
