Easy Shrimp Jambalaya

  1. Brown bacon in large frypan over medium-high heat.
  2. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. Cook onion and green pepper in bacon drippings for 3 minutes.
  4. Drain fat.
  5. Stir IN rice, thyme and cumin.
  6. Cook for 1 minute.
  7. Add soup, water and hot pepper sauce, stir until smooth.
  8. Bring to boil, cover and simmer over low heat 20 minutes.
  9. Add shrimp and bacon.
  10. Cover and cook 5 minutes longer.
