Cheese Puffs
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup flour, all-purpose
- 2 each eggs
- 1 cup cheese, sharp, new york grated
- 1 pinch soy cheese, parmesan style
- Bring water and butter to a boil in the microwave in 2-quart casserole.
- Add flour all at once.
- Stir until it forms a ball.
- Remove from heat.
- Add 1 egg at a time, beating after each.
- Stir in grated cheese.
- Drop my teaspoonfuls on low roasting pan.
- Bake at 375 for 20 minutes, serve warm.
- Makes about 30 bite size balls.
