Minute 'chinese Style' Beef Fried Rice

  1. Fast fry beef until no longer pink; add carrots, cabbage, celery and rice.
  2. Cook on med heat for 2 - 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Add broth and seasonings; stir in green onions.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
  5. Serve with soy sauce.
