Bacon & Sharp Cheddar Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Bake both piecrusts for 11 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and immediately brush with yolk of 1 egg.
  4. Mix all ingredients except bacon and cheese together (use remaining egg white).
  5. Place 1/2 cup bacon and 1 cup of cheddar into each piecrust.
  6. Cover with egg mixture.
  7. Bake at 375 for 38 - 40 minutes.
