Beef Stroganoff Recipe
- 3/4 pound top round steak, cut into strips
- 8 ounce. low fat yogurt
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 teaspoon instant beef bouillon granules
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. sliced green onion
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- 8 ounce. pkg. wide noodles
- Cooking spray
- In small bowl, combine yogurt and cornstarch.
- Stir in water, tomato paste and bouillon.
- Set aside.
- Spray large skillet with cooking spray.
- Quickly brown beef strips and remove from skillet.
- Add in mushrooms, onion and garlic to skillet.
- Cook and stir till onion is tender.
- Add in meat.
- Add in yogurt mix.
- Stir and cook till thick and bubbly.
- Cook 2 min more.
- Serve over warm noodles.
- Melts in your mouth!
