Charaben Makkuro Kurosuke (Soot Sprites)

• 1 Plain white cooked rice
• 1 Your favorite rice seasonings
• 1 Cheese
• 1 Nori seaweed

1. Mix the seasonings with rice.
2. Make some cuts around the edges of nori seaweed to have it fit more smoothly around the rice balls.
3. Wrap your rice balls with these prepared sheets of seaweed.
4. Wrap over the seaweed with plastic wrap, and let sit for a short while.
5. Next, you'll make the eyes.
6. Cut out cheese or hanpen into your desired size.
7. Poke out the eyes using a straw or a nori punch.
8. Your Makkuro Kurosuke soot sprites are done
