Easy Roasted Pepper Pork Chops
- 3 thick cut pork chops
- 1 bottle roasted red pepper dressing
- 1 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp celery salt
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tsp white pepper
- 1 EVOO; as needed
- Cover chops in enough oil to cover.
- Season with dried spices except celery salt.
- Marinate 4-48 hours.
- Add celery salt.
- Cover chops with dressing in an oven safe saute pan.
- Cover.
- Bake at 300 for 20 minutes.
- Uncover.
- Continue baking until chops reach desired doneness.
- Optional; Pan sear the chops and finish them in the oven.
- Variations; Applewood seasoning, parsley, mustard, rosemary, cream, butter, parmesan, chives, Italian seasoning, peppercorn melange,
