Easy Roasted Pepper Pork Chops

  1. Cover chops in enough oil to cover.
  2. Season with dried spices except celery salt.
  3. Marinate 4-48 hours.
  4. Add celery salt.
  5. Cover chops with dressing in an oven safe saute pan.
  6. Cover.
  7. Bake at 300 for 20 minutes.
  8. Uncover.
  9. Continue baking until chops reach desired doneness.
  10. Optional; Pan sear the chops and finish them in the oven.
