Smokey Cottage Cheese Dip Recipe

• 1 c. creamed cottage cheese
• 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
• 2 tbsp. light cream or possibly lowfat milk
• 1 teaspoon chopped onion
• 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1/2 c. chopped ripe black olives

1. Beat together cottage cheese and cream cheeses till creamed.
2. Blend in remaining ingredients.
3. Serve with carrot, celery, cucumber sticks and cauliflowerettes.
4. Makes 1 2/3 c..
