Antipasti Kabobs

  1. Thread an olive onto skewer.
  2. Fold 1 slice of salami in half then in half again and thread onto skewer.
  3. Thread a cheese cube onto skewer.
  4. Thread a peppadew sweet pepper onto skewer.
  5. Finish by threading another olive onto skewer.
  6. Arrange skewers on serving platter.
  7. Can be made a day ahead and stored covered in refrigerator.
