Mustard Dill Sauce

• 1/2 cup coarse-grained mustard
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 4 teaspoons sugar
• 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill, or to taste

1. In a bowl combine well all ingredients and season with pepper.
2. Sauce may be made 1 day ahead and kept chilled, covered.
3. Let sauce come to room temperature and whisk before serving.
