Jalapeno Pepper Steak

  1. Spray large skillet with no stick cooking spray.
  2. Add steak; cook on high heat 2 minutes or until no longer pink; remove from pan.
  3. Add vegetables; cook 2 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  5. Stir in VELVEETA; cook until melted.
  6. Stir in meat.
  7. Serve over hot cooked MINUTE White Rice or on tortillas.
