Egg Custard Pie Recipe

• 4 Large eggs
• 2 c. lowfat milk
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. Bisquick
• 1/2 stick butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Pour all into bowl; beat on high for 3 min.
2. Pour into buttered 9-inch pie pan.
3. Let set for 5 min.
4. Top with nutmeg.
5. Bake 45 min on 350 degrees.
