Vinaigretta Coleslaw
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 teaspoon caraway seed (optional)
- 14 teaspoon dry mustard
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups cabbage (shredded)
- 12 cup carrot (shredded)
- For the vinaigrette, in a screw top jar, combine vinegar, sugar, oil, caraway seeds, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Cover: shake well.
- Pour over cole slaw, toss lightly and chill for 2-24 hours.
