Beer-Cheddar Spread

  1. Place cheeses in food processor.
  2. Add Worcestershire, mustard, paprika and garlic powder.
  3. Process until blended.
  4. Add beer slowly, blending until mixture is smooth and spreadable.
  5. Refrigerate, covered, up to one week, until ready to use.
