Cheesy Bacon and Egg Bake
- 12 slices bread, crusts removed and cubed
- 14 slices bacon, cooked crisp and diced
- 1 small red pepper, diced
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 12 cup bick's zesty onion relish
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- Place half of the bread cubes in greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle half of bacon, pepper and cheee on top.
- Repeat layers again.
- Beat remaining ingredients together thoroughly.
- Pour over bread mixture.
- Press down lightly to cover bread mixture with liquid.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight (or at least for 4 hours).
- Bake uncovered, at 350F for 50-55 minutes, or until puffed and golden and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
