Gorgonzola Sauce for Pasta

• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 3 cups crumbled gorgonzola
• grated parmesan cheese
• chopped fresh chives (to garnish)

1. Simmer the cream, add cheese and whick until melted.
2. spoon over gnocci or your favorite pasta.
3. Garnish with the chives and parmesan cheese.
