Baked Chicken Parmesan
- 13 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 14 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 -4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 12 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- linguine
- 1 (18 ounce) jar marinara sauce
- Lightly grease baking dish (large enough for chicken breasts).
- Combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in shallow dish.
- Dip chicken in eggs, then coat with the bread crumb mixture.
- Arrange chicken in greased baking dish.
- Drizzle with oil.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until chicken in cooked through.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Prepare pasta according to package directions.
- Drain.
- Heat sauce in sauce pan, and pour over pasta on individual plates.
- Top with chicken.
