English Breakfast Risotto

  1. Grill sausages and bacon until brown and then cut into chunks.
  2. Grill mushrooms and tomatoes.
  3. In a frying pan, add oil and fry onion until transparent, add rice and fry some more, adding milk.
  4. Stir until milk is absorbed into rice.
  5. Add chicken stock, two tablespoons at a time, wait until nearly absorbed, then add another two tablespoons.
  6. Repeat until rice is cooked but still form.
  7. Add chopped sausage, bacon, mushrooms and tomatoes.
  8. Stir and cook for 2 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle chopped eggs on top.
