Mini Savoury Bites
- 125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ANCHOVY & OLIVE TOASTS
- 12 mini toasts
- 6 anchovy fillets, drained and halved
- Baby fresh basil leaves, to garnish
- Cracked pepper, to taste
- CRISPY SALAMI & TOMATO TOASTS
- 12 savoury tartlet cases
- 3 baby roma tomatoes, quartered
- 6 slices hot shaved salami, grilled until crisp
- Parmesan shavings, to garnish
- Cracked pepper, to taste
- Combine Philly*, basil and garlic in a bowl.
- For the Anchovy and Olive Toasts, spread mini toasts with 1/2 the Philly* mixture and top with olives and anchovies.
- Garnish with basil leaves and season with pepper.
- For the Crispy Salami and Tomato Toasts, spread tartlet cases with the remaining Philly* mixture and top with tomatoes and salami.
- Garnish with Parmesan and season with pepper.
