Campbell's Mushroom Bruschetta Recipe
- 1 loaf Italian bread (about 1 lb.) (16" long), cut in half lengthwise
- 1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom or possibly 98 u0fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup (10 3/4 ounce.)
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning crushed
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 sm red pepper minced
- 2 x green onions minced
- PREHEAT oven to 400 F. HEAT bread on baking sheet 5 minutes.
- or possibly till lightly toasted.
- MIX soup, garlic and Italian seasoning.
- Stir in mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, pepper and onions.
- SPREAD soup mix over bread to within 1/4" of edge.
- Bake 5 minutes.
- or possibly till warm.
- Cut each half into 12 slices.
