Teddy Bear Bread Makes Your Children Smile
- 150 grams Bread (strong) flour
- 3 grams Salt
- 15 grams Sugar
- 15 grams Unsalted butter
- 3 grams Dry yeast
- 100 ml Water
- 1 Filling of your choice
- 1 Chocolate decorating pen
- 1 Unsalted butter
- Put all ingredients into the bread maker.
- Press start on the dough setting for the first rising.
- Midway through, grease the muffin pan with unsalted butter.
- Punch out the air.
- Divide into 6 pieces of dough about 40 g each (for the face) and 18 pieces about 2 g each (for the years and noses).
- Cover with a tightly squeezed damp cloth.
- Let rest for 10 minutes.
- Punch out the gas again.
- Fold in the filling and roll up into a ball.
- Place the pieces for the face (but not the pieces for the noses and ears) into the muffin pan.
- Cover everything with plastic wrap and let rest for the second rising.
- Preheat an oven to 190C.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Bake the pieces for the face for another 3 minutes.
- Using the chocolate decorating pen as glue, stick on the ears and nose.
- Draw the eyes, nose, and mouth with the chocolate pen to finish.
