Teddy Bear Bread Makes Your Children Smile

  1. Put all ingredients into the bread maker.
  2. Press start on the dough setting for the first rising.
  3. Midway through, grease the muffin pan with unsalted butter.
  4. Punch out the air.
  5. Divide into 6 pieces of dough about 40 g each (for the face) and 18 pieces about 2 g each (for the years and noses).
  6. Cover with a tightly squeezed damp cloth.
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  8. Punch out the gas again.
  9. Fold in the filling and roll up into a ball.
  10. Place the pieces for the face (but not the pieces for the noses and ears) into the muffin pan.
  11. Cover everything with plastic wrap and let rest for the second rising.
  12. Preheat an oven to 190C.
  13. Bake for 15 minutes.
  14. Bake the pieces for the face for another 3 minutes.
  15. Using the chocolate decorating pen as glue, stick on the ears and nose.
  16. Draw the eyes, nose, and mouth with the chocolate pen to finish.
