Peaches & Cream Cheese Pie Recipe
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 1/4 ounce. dry vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can peaches, liquid removed (save juice)
- 1 (8 ounce.) cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. peach juice
- 1 tbsp. (plus) 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- Grease a 9 inch pie pan.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl mix flour, baking pwdr, salt, pudding mix, butter, egg and lowfat milk.
- Put batter into greased pie pan.
- Place peaches over batter.
- In medium bowl beat cream cheese, sugar and 3 Tbsp.
- of peach juice till smooth.
- Spread on top of peaches and batter to 1 inch from edge.
- Sprinkle sugar on top of cream cheese mix.
- Bake 40 min at 350 degrees.
