Soy-Balsamic Vinaigrette II

  1. Whisk the first 3 ingredients in a non-reactive bowl to blend.
  2. Gradually whisk in the olive oil.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and chill but bring to room temperature and whisk before using.
