KRAFT RECIPE MAKERS Shrimp Puttanesca
- 1 pkg. (16.4 oz.) KRAFT RECIPE MAKERS Chicken Bruschetta Pasta
- 3/4 lb. angel hair pasta, uncooked
- 1 lb. uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp
- 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives, cut in half
- 2 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, heat Simmer Sauce in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp; cook and stir 3 to 5 min.
- or until shrimp turn pink.
- Add olives, anchovies, crushed pepper and Finishing Sauce; stir.
- Simmer 3 min.
- Place pasta in large bowl.
- Add shrimp mixture; mix lightly.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
