Slow Cooked Steak Rolls

  1. Trim fat and pound steak till very thin.
  2. Cut into 8 equal recangular pieces.
  3. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
  4. Combine the onion, parsley, and basil.
  5. Divide equally between the meat pieces and place in the middle of each piece.
  6. Roll up and tuck edges in around stuffing.
  7. Tie or secure with toothpicks.
  8. Coat meat rolls with flour and brown in hot oil in skillet.
  9. Drain and place in Crock pot.
  10. Combine the soup, catsup, and Worcestershire sauce; pour over meat.
  11. Cover and cook on low heat setting for about 8 hours or until meat is done.
  12. Remove toothpicks and enjoy with the sauce.
