Polish Stuffed Eggs

  1. Once eggs are boiled, peel, cut lengthwise and reserve yolks in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add all other ingredients except for bread crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Mix all these ingredients well.
  4. You may pulse a couple times in blender or food processor to achieve a well mixed consistency.
  5. In a small bowl mix bread crumbs with melted butter.
  6. Heat up oven' s broiler.
  7. Now to assemble.
  8. On baking tray line up the 12 halves of egg whites.
  9. Mound equal portions of filling into each egg white.
  10. Filling will be high.
  11. Press it to pack it in firmly.
  12. Press bread crumbs over each egg filling.
  13. Broil until just golden.
  14. Keep a close eye on these so not to burn.
  15. Enjoy fresh and you must refrigerate leftovers.
