Sundried Tomato Stir-Fry
- 1/2 cup Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato & Oregano Dressing
- 2 boneless chicken breast halves, cut in thin strips
- 3 cups prepared vegetables ( bean sprouts, sliced mushrooms, snow peas, sliced zucchini)
- HEAT 3 Tbsp (45 mL) dressing in large frypan on HIGH heat; add chicken and stir-fry until lightly browned; remove and set aside.
- WIPE out pan with paper towel.
- ADD remaining dressing to pan and cook vegetables until crisp-tender.
- ADD chicken and heat thoroughly.
