Minestrone Soup Mix Recipe

• 1/2 c. dry onion flakes
• 1/2 c. dry celery flakes
• 1/4 c. parsley flakes
• 2 tbsp. dry whole basil
• 1 tbsp. dry whole oregano
• 1 tbsp. dry whole marjoram
• 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
• 1 teaspoon freshly grnd pepper
• 1/2 c. beef-flavored granules
• 1 pound dry navy beans
• 1 pound dry kidney beans
• 2 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked

1. Combine onion flakes, celery flakes, parsley flakes, basil, oregano, marjoram, garlic pwdr and pepper; divide into 4 gift pkgs.. Add in 2 Tbsp.
2. bouillon granules to each package.
3. Label and seal.
4. Combine navy beans and kidney beans; divide into 4 gift pkgs.. Label and seal.
5. Place 1/2 c. macaroni into 4 gift pkgs.. Label and seal.
6. Present 1 package herb mix, 1 package bean mix and 1 package macaroni with recipe for Minestrone Soup.
7. Yield: 4 gift pkgs..
