Light and Easy Quesadillas

  1. Combine spinach, chick peas, peppers, tomatoes and chili powder.
  2. Spread mixture over half of.
  3. each tortilla ending with 1 slice of cheese.
  4. Fold tortillas in half and place on baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350F for 5 to 8 minutes or until cheese melts.
  6. Serve with low fat or fat free Sour Cream or salsa.
