Cookies and Cream Cupcakes

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Make cake mix according to box directions.
  3. Line cupcake pans with liners for 24 cupcakes.
  4. Remove the tops from 24 oreos and set aside.
  5. Place the rest of the oreo cream side up in the cupcake liners.
  6. Fill liners with cupcake batter until 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for roughly 19-22 minutes or until done.
  8. Let them cool completely.
  9. While cupcakes are cooling, crush 24 oreo tops in a food processor.
  10. Reserve 2 tbsp.
  11. Mix remaining crumbs with frosting.
  12. Frost cooled cupcakes and decorate with mini oreos and reserved crumbs.
