Almond Wild Rice

  1. In a saucepan, bring pineapple juice, broth, orange juice and butter to a boil.
  2. Stir in rice and seasoning packet.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Cover tightly and reduce heat to medium-low to low.
  5. Simmer until all liquid is absorbed, about 25 minutes.
  6. Fluff rice with a fork, stir in almonds and serve.
